Monthly performance reports

Substantive KPIs: perception, share of voice, quality of intermediaries. No raw reach, no “vanity metrics”.

Six steps to go from signal to message.

Our influence set-up takes care of all your needs, from diagnosis through to reporting on actions, with no change of point of contact.

  1. 01

    Study your reputation

Mapping of conversations, narratives in circulation, key actors. Through our Connexia platform, we visualise your influence ecosystem and the online communities that matter to you.

  2. 02

Find the right intermediaries for your objectives

Once the ecosystem is mapped, we prioritise: which journalists, which analysts, which bodies, which communities really move your subject. This sorting is what stops you spending a public statement in the wrong place.

  3. 03

    Define consistent messages

Your strategic axes, key messages, evidence and Q&A, gathered in a shared platform to align all your spokespeople. A narrative architecture that can be tested over time and is regularly kept up to date.

  4. 04

Build and maintain your press office

We take charge of your press relations: a qualified, up-to-date journalist database, outreach, reasoned pitches, tracking of incoming requests, interview preparation, handling of rights of reply. The same set-up runs in France, in Europe and internationally, with the same method.

  5. 05

Manage your business leaders’ editorial programme

Editorial line, calendar, messages by platform: we build the strategy with you and handle the drafting back and forth with the business leader, on tone, angles and frequency. We support them on all their public statements: LinkedIn or X posts, op-eds, speeches at events, corporate content.

  6. 06

    Measure actions

We assess over time the actions carried out together, with genuinely useful indicators: quality of engagement, share of voice, press pick-up, qualified reach and concrete change in perception.

Proprietary tools to steer your influence.

We develop our own data analysis technologies, on which our consultants rely to build strategy and manage actions day to day.

Connexia

Understand your ecosystem and measure reactions.

This tool lets you identify the key actors on your issues so you can better target your actions. The platform also assesses the resonance of your public statements and campaigns in real time across 7 social networks, in every language.

Social Impact Score

Measure reputation over time.

An exclusive barometer to assess the image of business leaders and companies across 7 major axes (trust, usefulness, impact, etc.). It offers a clear reading of your progress every 6 months, in a format that can be presented directly to the executive committee.

Three examples of application.

For confidentiality reasons, these cases are anonymised.

01

CAC 40 industrial group: aligning the reputation of the company and its business leader

The issue. To assess in parallel the perception of a major industrial gases player and that of its CEO, who is particularly exposed on low-carbon hydrogen and decarbonisation.
Our approach. Deployment of two separate Social Impact Score (SIS) barometers, to cross-read the brand’s image and the business leader’s.
The result. A precise identification of the themes that unite or separate the two messages. This dual strategic analysis has now become one of our flagship methodologies for several CAC 40 business leaders.

02

Luxury mid-cap: developing an authentic and lasting leadership voice

The issue. To build for the business leader a coherent voice around transmission, know-how and sustainability. The aim: a sustainable rhythm of one to two LinkedIn posts a week, without resorting to artificial or standardised ghostwriting.
Our approach. Creation of a message matrix and editorial pillars, then collaborative writing with the business leader. Performance tracked through a monthly report and a quarterly audience mapping.
The result. An editorial line that avoids wooden language and lets the business leader contribute clearly and relevantly to the sector debate, with regularly measured impact.

03

Industry federation: objectifying the debate on sensitive subjects

The issue. For a chemicals player exposed to complex issues (PFAS, site safety, decarbonisation), it was necessary to go beyond simply counting mentions and analyse public perception in detail.
Our approach. Semantic analysis of the prevailing narratives and mapping of structured opponents and legitimate voices, in synergy with the monitoring and public affairs teams.
The result. A clear ranking of topics in a concise deliverable: the federation now knows which themes to speak on and which controversies to avoid feeding.

Your questions about influence communications.

What are influence communications?

An approach that aims to weigh on the conversations that build the reputation of an organisation or its leaders. It combines a press office and journalist relations, identification of the right levers, a message-house platform, editorial strategy, expert content and business leader public speaking. Unlike conventional communications, it can be measured.

Why map influential actors?

Because the conversations that build your reputation almost never go through your official channels. They go through specialist journalists, analysts, NGOs and trade unions. Identifying them means being able to engage with them, and it is the starting point of our influence communications and PR support.

Do you write posts in place of the business leader?

We write them with the business leader. A scoping interview, drafting by our consultants, validation by the business leader, calibration. The tone stays authentic, and the content is produced by professionals. No anonymous ghostwriting.

How does this differ from a conventional communications agency?

We do not do advertising creative, media buying or brand design. Our added value rests on a precise combination: data analysis, strategic advice and the creation of expert content. We work alongside a communications agency, not in place of one.

How do you measure the impact of an influence strategy?

Through calibrated KPIs: share of voice, quality of engagements, change in perception among target communities, media pick-up, citations by identified intermediaries. “Vanity metrics” are set aside.

Do you do press relations?

Yes, it is one of our core services: we run the press office and the relationship with journalists. A qualified database, a reasoned contact plan, pitches, tracking of incoming requests, interview preparation. As a permanent set-up or a targeted assignment (study release, public statement, crisis), in France, in Europe and internationally.

What is executive thought leadership?

An editorial stance in which the business leader becomes a source of expertise on a specific subject, recognised by peers and relayed by credible third parties. It is built through a LinkedIn editorial strategy, op-eds and targeted appearances. It is measured over time.

Which agency for a LinkedIn influence strategy for business leaders?

The ideal partner must combine mastery of social media, editorial excellence and reliable measurement tools. At Saper Vedere, we meet this requirement by combining technology (to map your ecosystem and measure your real impact) with the expertise of a team dedicated specifically to supporting business leaders.
